The triumph of taste

The restaurant is our pride and joy, with a large, bright dining room equipped with air conditioning.

Our attention to detail starts with breakfast:
to get your day off to a good start, we offer a breakfast that ranges from sweet treats, with cakes, tarts and ring cakes prepared by our master pastry chefs, to yoghurt, cereals, naturally leavened croissants, as well as cold cuts, eggs and bacon.

Coffee and cappuccino are served at your table by our bar staff.

The dishes served at lunch and dinner are part of traditional cuisine, with dishes that are carefully prepared in terms of their appearance and composition, sometimes revisited to intrigue and satisfy even the most demanding palates.

Our chef uses only top-quality ingredients, such as locally sourced fruit and vegetables supplied directly by local farms, guaranteeing freshness and quality.

At both lunch and dinner, a rich vegetable buffet will be served at the table, satisfying health-conscious diners, while the fish, always present on our menu, is carefully selected from the catch of the Adriatic Sea. The water served at the table is demineralised.

In case of food intolerances, our chef is available to prepare specific dishes or meals for guests.

Always with the little ones in mind, our chef prepares vegetable purée, vegetable broth, delicious pasta dishes every day... and any dish that might satisfy the requests of our younger guests.
